Last month I had the honor of doing the flowers for a lovely couple, Arcely and Pablo, who tied the knot at Hudson Gardens. Hawaiian Dendrobium Orchid blooms were used in the bridal bouquet to create a delicate look atop the white Polar Star Roses and purple Minerva Carnations. Arcely’s bouquet was mostly white, with a few purple Minerva Carnations to tie in the color of the bridesmaids’ dresses. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were created from a variety of purple flowers with a touch of yellow spray roses, which popped out against the deep purple dresses. Such a beautiful combination!
This wedding was extra special, as I had the opportunity to work with a fabulous photographer and someone who I consider a friend, Libbie of Libbie Holmes Photography. Libbie’s photos are always gorgeous and I always squeal with delight at her ability to highlight the flowers so well. Libbie, you do great work!
All the best to you Arcely and Pablo. Please keep in touch! And, Libbie, I look forward to working with you again in the future!
