Earlier this summer I had the honor of designing the floral arrangements for our friends, Tiffany and Tim. Tiffany and Tim met several years ago in Ghana, Africa, and eventually ended up in Colorado. I met them through a mutual friend in 2011 and for a few months they were also neighbors of mine. Tiffany and Tim are incredibly fun and adventurous people, and they love being outside. They even got engaged on top of a 14er! It was only fitting to hold their wedding in the mountains at Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, Colorado.
Their wedding incorporated many beautifully rustic and vintage elements that Tiffany designed herself. Succulents were planted in antique tea cups for the table centerpieces, antique china plates were used for the dinnerware, and mason jars were used as glassware during the reception, which were then given to the guests as wedding favors. Tim crafted a beautiful portable beer dispenser made from pieces of an old fence that he and Tiffany took down from the back year of their new house. So many beautiful wedding details!
Tiffany chose a gorgeous combination of soft and muted colors for the flowers. Her bridal bouquet consisted of peach aubade roses, light pink stock, billy balls, dark pink alstromeria, pink wax flower, and seeded eucalyptus. We also included a few gorgeous succulents that she had growing at home. Her lovely flower girls carried bouquets of peach aubade roses, dark pink alstromeria, pink wax flower, and a few small succulents. Tim wore a succulent boutonniere, with a touch of pink wax flower and seeded eucalyptus. The adorable ring bearers wore boutonnieres made from succulent blooms and pink wax flower.
