Kalli and I met at a local coffee shop on a bright and sunny day last summer to discuss her wedding flowers. She was sweet, easy to talk to, and had a beautiful vision for her wedding. Kalli and Chris were going to be married at The Pines at Genesee, a lovely venue located in the mountains right outside of Denver. Their wedding colors were champagne, plum, and rustic green. They wanted their wedding to be laid back, but classy, and with a touch of hipster. The green converse shoes that all the men wore were so much fun and definitely added a touch of hipster!
For her bouquet, Kalli chose a beautiful combination of carmel antike garden roses, succulents, deep purple stock, drumstick allium, misty blue, baby’s breath, and seeded eucalyptus, all wrapped together with ivory satin ribbon and ivory lace. Her bridesmaids carried simple and soft bouquets of misty blue and baby’s breath, wrapped with lace. Chris and his groomsmen wore a mini succulent boutonnieres.
The beautiful pictures were taken by a talented photographer, Teresa, of Tega Photography, whose photography has a gorgeous vintage quality to it.
Kalli and Chris – I hope 2015 is treating you well and I wish you both the best!
