Love Letters Floral Design » Best Denver Wedding Flowers

I first met with Beki back in December of 2013. She was referred to me by a friend and fantastic Photographer, Teresa, of Tega Photography. I knew I wanted to work with Beki the moment we met. Often times in the wedding world I get asked the hypothetical question of, “Who is your idea bride?” I can honestly say that Beki embodies all the qualities of my ideal client. Not only is she is incredibly sweet, genuine, flexible, and fun, but beautiful flowers were important to her (as a Wedding Florist that means a lot to me!). Our initial consultation was one of those meetings where everything just…clicked. I went home that evening energized, inspired, and loving what I do. Later, when I met with both Beki and Ross to finalize their order, I knew this was a special couple and that their wedding was going to be amazing. Beki and Ross – I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed working with you!

Beki and Ross were married at the lovely Oxford Hotel. They were able to capture their First Look at the newly renovated Union Station, which is definitely a must-see building! Their wedding style was vintage and rustic with a splash of fun! For her bridal bouquet, Beki chose a beautiful combination of multiple textures and colors that included orange dahlias, orange alstromeria, billy balls, scabiosa pods, white ranunculus, dutch purple hydrangea, royal blue delphinium, bunny tail grass, sea holly thistle, and seeded eucalyptus. Her bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of orange dahlias, orange alstromeria, billy balls, scabiosa pods, orange ranunculus, dutch purple hydrangea, royal blue delphinium, bunny tail grass, sea holly thistle, and seeded eucalyptus. Beki and Ross are beer and wine┬áconnoisseurs, so we designed their table centerpieces in beer growlers, and Ross and his groomsmen sported wine bottle cork boutonnieres. To soften the large wrought iron gate inside the ceremony area, we strung up soft white led lights and adorned the gate with an array of flowers and foliage. For the reception, in addition to the beer growler centerpieces, which included curly willow, bunny tail grass, billy balls, and misty blue, and sat upon tree branch slices, we included several fresh figs, which was Beki’s wonderfully creative idea.

I had the opportunity to work with a fabulous wedding planner, Adam Diskin, who did a fantastic job of coordinating the days’ events. I also got to reconnect with a fellow Wedding Professional, Tasos, with Elite DJ/MC & Production.

Beki and Ross, I wish you two nothing but the best! Congratulations on tying the knot and thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your special day! Much love and happiness to you!!
